Great meals for anyone! Macro friendly for the most part, healthy, delicious and a lot more food than I expected. Couple meals are high in fat but their macro labels show this so you can plan accordingly if you count macros. Also, service is top notch! Matt answered a question I had within 24 hours.

Amazing customer service and good flavorful food! The Korean beef bowl has to be my favorite so far, very good! The only thing that I would change is making it an option for people who don’t like veggies to add something else like some type of potato or something!

I absolutely love Meal Preps 4 Me! The meals are so tasty, fresh and surprisingly by the end of the week, my last meal is still as fresh and yummy as the first meal of the week 😃 I would love to have some some sort of rotation schedule or menu for the month so I know when my favorite meals are going to be available, specifically beef barbacoa 🤤 Keep doing what your doing because the food is just delicious!!!

Bahn Mi rice bowl is AMAZING and so far my favorite. Overall these meals are great! They’re delivered fresh to your door in a cool pack with ice and all have been good, with that one being my favorite so far. Can’t wait to see what next weeks meals are like 👍🏻 …

The food is so delicious and the price is so affordable in comparison to the amount we were spending on eating out. The portions are perfect and very filling. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are local. They are very responsive to questions. The delivery process is seamless. The quality of food is far better than anything we were able to cook on a regular basis. I love having the dinner time rush become so easy with the meals already planned and prepared and ready to just warm up and enjoy! I’m so glad I stumbled across this company and am excited to see more as they continue to grow.

This is my fourth week using meal preps 4 me and my boyfriend and I are extremely impressed! The meals are delicious, and are the perfect meals to have for lunch at work. I’ve been looking for an easy solution for meal prepping and Meal preps 4 me has made it so unbelievably easy! The 10 meal package is great you and your significant other, and is making eating cleaner so much easier! :) I definitely recommend!

These meals are delicious I had the Fajita chicken just the right amount of spicy loving the dinners I get 5 meals delivered on Sunday best part we are even losing weight because we aren’t eating fast food

The absolute BEST meal prep subscription ever!!! 10/10 recommend. So easy!! Gets delivered to your door— prepped fresh every week (NOT FROZEN)— when you’re ready to eat, just pop in the microwave for a couple minutes and that’s it! We’ve been using them for a couple months now and have LOVED every meal. Absolutely delicious!!!

My husband and I are really enjoying these healthy low cal fresh meals! They are good sized delicious portions with a nice variety, yummy desserts and breakfasts, and quick delivery! We order on Thursday and get them Sunday. We like them even better than Factor meals, especially because they are a local family owned company. We look forward to Sundays when they are dropped off right at our front door.
